Return and Refund Policy

Commitment to Quality & Customer Satisfaction:

AAA Mush Love prioritizes product quality and customer safety above all else. Our rigorous testing standards ensure that every product we offer meets the highest quality expectations. If you receive a product that does not meet your standards, we encourage you to contact our support team for assistance. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team to determine the best resolution.

• If a refund is approved, we reserve the right to offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. The form of compensation will depend on the payment method and order amount.
• Refund and product concerns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; we are unable to process requests after this period.
• If a product is defective, please notify us within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue. If eligible, a credit or replacement product will be provided. Replacements will only be issued for defective items. The management team will determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
• Store credits will expire 90 days from issuance and are provided in the form of a one-time-use coupon code. Any unused balance on a coupon code will be forfeited and cannot be reissued.

Returns & Refunds:

• In rare cases where a customer is dissatisfied, we may offer the option to return the order. If the issue is due to a defective product or an order error, we will cover return shipping costs. If a customer is unsatisfied for other reasons and we approve a refund, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
• Refunds are subject to management approval. If multiple units of the same item were purchased, we can only refund unopened items. If you are unsatisfied with an opened item, please refrain from opening additional units and contact customer service immediately.
• Defective product claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The presence of seeds in cannabis products is considered normal and will not qualify as a defect unless otherwise determined by management.

Order Adjustments & Out-of-Stock Items:

• If an item is out of stock or missing from your order before shipment, we will attempt to contact you to make necessary adjustments. If we cannot reach you  within 3 hours, we will select a replacement product that closely matches your original choice. Refunds or credits will not be issued for replacement items if we are unable to make contact.

Additional Requirements for Claims:

• Our support or management team may request additional evidence to aid in the  investigation of your claim. This may include photos, videos, or other relevant information. Failure to provide the requested information may      result in the denial of a refund, store credit, or return request.
